VISION
A society freed of political violence.
MISSION
To create mechanisms aimed at deterring the use of military and paramilitary political violence.
GOAL
Combining education on undue obedience to orders that violate international human rights standards with short term disincentives, such as possible visa denials to other countries, for individuals who implement such orders.
ACTIVITIES
- Identifying repressors who order, coordinate, and / or exercise political violence against other Cubans to suppress their rights to freedom of believe, information, expression, and assembly.
- Sharing this information with Immigration agencies of different countries so that they can take it into consideration.
- Publicly naming and shaming some of these individuals to induce them to stop their activities.
- Producing and distributing educational materials on international human rights treaties underlying the inescapable individual responsibility for obeying violent orders that clash with their content.
